1970's Sainted Devil Wall Poster

This was sent to me from a reader named Dee. This is a great, over-sized poster of Valentino from The Sainted Devil. I have never seen this particular poster before. Dee says it is from the 70's. There were many Valentino items produced in the 70's. Many of the actors and actresses from the 20's, 30's, and 40's made a resurgence and various items were produced during this time. Paramount Publicity Poster

This is a rare publicity poster, also known as a personality poster, produced by the movie studio. Posters such as these were often displayed at the studio or the movie theater to promote their top or up and coming stars. I believe this poster to be from 1921 or so, it is a fantastic piece. I have to believe these were not produced in the quantities of the standard movie posters. This helps with the rarity and value of a poster such as this. I would be interested to know if there are any other variations created. Regardless, I will need one of each for the ever growing collection.

Swedish Movie Poster from The Sheik

This is a movie poster from the film, The Sheik. This poster is from Sweden. I am not 100% sure; however, it does not appear to original, it appears to be from a re-release. Again, I have no idea, just a guess. It is a unique poster that depicts a small scene from the film along with a mad, scowling depiction of Valentino. A very unique and hard to find poster!

One of our newest followers, Janelle sent me this one. She is a Valentino fan as we all are, she found this poster a few years ago and has it proudly displayed. It depicts Valentino from the film, "The Sheik." The Sheik is one of my favorite Valentino films. This was the film that was released a few months after The Four Horsemen that really launched his career. Thanks for sharing Janelle and welcome.

1970's Poster of Rudolph Valentino and Gloria Swanson

This is a poster from the 70's depicting Valentino and Gloria Swanson from the film, "Beyond the Rocks." This colorful, psychedelic style poster reads, "Rudolph Valentino had it." I am unsure what the poster is for or what it is advertising. These posters, even though not very old, are not easy to find.

1982 Valentino Tribute Poster

This is a Tribute Poster for Valentino, depicting the immortal gaze pose. This poster was issued in 1982 by The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences. There were not too many of these produced; however, they are not rare. I great collectible piece from the 80's.

Colorized Poster from The Eagle

This is a colorized poster from the film, "The Eagle." The bottom of the poster simply reads, "Valentino." I purchased this poster a few years ago, I know they were massed produced; however, I do not see a lot of these posters.
