Danish Movie Herald from Monsieur Beaucaire

This is a Danish Movie Herald from Monsieur Beaucaire from 1924.  This is a wonderful colorized photo of Valentino from the film.  Once again, the overseas variation offers a wonderful, unique color photo of Valentino from the film.  You do not often see many of these overseas heralds, they are fairly rare and desirable, if not for the rarity, for the unique covers.

The Young Rajah Insert Card

I know, that title is a bit confusing; however, I found this photo many years ago and have it filed under movie herald's. It appears to be the art for a window card, whatever it is, it is a fantastic, colorful piece of rarely seen movie art from the 1922 film, "The Young Rajah." This film is known for very colorful memorabilia, often depicting missing scenes from the current copy of the film that exists. If this window card exists it would be quite valuable, the same would go for the movie herald due to the rarity. With that in mind, a movie herald pales in comparison to an actual poster, it's just that both would be very desirable. If anyone has any further insight or information, feel free to comment. All in all, a wonderful, artistic piece.

This is a movie program from the film, "A Sainted Devil." The program is from England and is not a common program. Most of these programs are highly collectible and are fairly reasonably priced compared to original lobby cards and movie posters.

A Sainted Devil Swedish Movie Program

This is a fantastic Swedish movie program/herald from the film, "A Sainted Devil." The art used for the front of this program is the same art used for the Swedish movie poster. This is a great item from a lost film.

The Eagle Rudolph Valentino Movie Program

This is a movie program for the film, "The Eagle." The program is from the Capital Theatre, it states, "Rudolph Valentino in his latest and best picture." There are some great photo on the inside and back from the film. This appears to be a custom program produced by the theatre which makes it more valuable because less were produced. These programs / movie hearlds are great collectibles, they serve as a mini poster and lobby card all in one for a fraction of the price.

Swedish Movie Herald for Blood and Sand

This is a Swedish Movie Herald from the film, "Blood and Sand." It is dated 1923, even though the film was released in 1922, it is an orginal movie hearld. This is a very different variation from the U.S. edition. I do not own this one myself...yet. This version is more difficult to find compared to the U.S. edition.

This is a Spanish Movie Herald from the film, "The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse." Since the cover features only Valentino, I assume this was produced after Valentino's stardom, or after 1921 when the film was released. This Spanish version is not too common.

Blood and Sand Movie Herald

This is a Movie Herald from the film, "Blood and Sand." This has a great colorful cover; however, the inside scenes are in black and white. The cover on this herald alone makes it a desirable piece.

Norwegian Movie Herald from The Sheik

This is a great Norwegian Movie Herald from the film, "The Sheik". This is not as colorful as the U.S. version, it is still a great, hard to find piece.

Spanish Monsieur Beaucaire Movie Herald

This is a Spanish Movie Herald from the film, "Monsieur Beaucaire." Very similar to foreign posters this is a very colorful item. The Monsieur Beaucaire movie herald is not one of the more common ones.

The Sheik Movie Herald

This is a Movie Herald from the film, "The Sheik." This movie herald does not showcase Valentino due to the fact that the studio still saw him as an unproven star. The cover of this movie herald matches the cover of the US book edition of The Sheik. This is not too difficult to find.

This is a colorful Spanish Movie Herald from A Sainted Devil. These are great vintage collectibles. They are mini movie poster / lobby card booklets that you can obtain for a fraction of the price. They are not super rare, but not easy to find.

The Son of the Sheik Mini Movie Herald

This is a mini Movie Herald from the film, "The Son of the Sheik." This herald is about a third of the size of a typical herald. I do not see these too often, but I do not consider them rare.
